We also factored in long-term value, packaging hygiene, applicator quality, and price per ounce. Aggregate Amazon ratings, verified purchase reviews, and clinical claims from the brands were considered but never substituted for hands-on results. Only formulas that delivered measurable improvement on at least one core concern without causing irritation made our final list.
